Difficulties continue in the city of Bendery, Moldova. Many people are forced to travel abroad searching for employment. More and more pastors have also departed, and churches do not have qualified leadership. But the Lord continues to bless Grace Church. A new dedicated servant has been ordained as a deacon in the church. He is a great example to the believers, and his family also is involved in different activities within the church.
During the summer, a special camping program was designed for women who desired to know more about spiritual things. For one week, questions were asked about the Creator and the Christian life. During the final gathering, many were interested and asked if a Bible study could be conducted in the future. Praise the Lord that a small group of these women are now attending a study every week. Pray that these first steps will lead many to salvation from sin!
Because of the difficulties found in our city, a few orphans have found their way to Grace Church. Some have no family or support groups. They have been abandoned and neglected. Others have been involved in crime and bad habits. How important it is for the church community to direct them on the right path to freedom and faith. Only the love of God can penetrate their hearts! Four of these young people continue to attend Grace church. Thank you so much for assisting the work in our country and especially in the city of Bendery. May God continue to help us to work together to honor and glorify Him!
